Boarding Services
Bluegrass Animal Hospital is proud of our boarding services. Our facility sits upon 4 acres of property and has 10 separate fenced run yards. The ample yard space allows our boarding patients to get plenty of exercise during their stay at our hospital. We feed Purina Veterinary EN Diets to our boarding patients. We have a veterinarian onsite to monitor the well-being of the patients while at Bluegrass Animal Hospital and they are available in the event of a medical emergency. All of our cages and runs are indoors to ensure that no patient is outside without the supervision of our staff, but our boarding dogs spend lots of time outside playing. Our cattery is located in its own separate area of the hospital to ensure our feline friends are as comfortable as possible during their stay. Bluegrass Animal Hospital offers doggie daycare services during normal weekly business hours. Our kennel staff is available to bath our day boarding patients at the request of their owner. This service allows our day boarding patients to play during the day, but go home clean.
 Grooming
Bluegrass Animal Hospital has grooming services that are available during the week by appointment. The groomer can give your pet a stylish haircut or a basic bath. Services included with either a full groom or a basic include bath, brush out, toenail trim, anal gland expression and ear cleaning. Kelly is offering Saturday grooms by appointment. Our grooming services stay in high demand, so please make an appointment for grooming services by calling us at 865.694.8387.
